WTJR Mission Outreaches – We now have a drop off place for the shoes for “The Shoeman”, which helps to build water wells in Kenya and for the clothing for the homeless men at The Dream Center in St.Louis, MO. Drop these items off at 615 Vermont Street, Quincy, IL. on Tuesday from 2 to 5 PM. Please do no drop off at the WTJR building. If you have any questions call 1-217-228-1616. WTJR also collects aluminum pop tabs to help support a girl in an orphanage in India and still collect stamps – leave at least ½ inch of the envelope around the stamps. The stamps are used to purchase school books to be used by missionaries all over the world. My prayer is that the children learn to read so they can read the BIBLE! And finally, WTJR will be collecting shoeboxes again this year for Friends of Wild Olive Branch Ministries to give to the children in Mexico at Christmas.
