WTJR was removed from the dish network by the dish network we are not in the local channel pack.

Uplink Encoder is a Tiernan TE300
You must decode CTN with a Tiernan Integrated Receiver Decoder) (IRD), such as a TDR777, TDR77, TDR60, TDR4022 or TDR6, etc, to have Closed Captions pass through on captioned programs. Tiernan Closed Captions must be turned on through the front panel menu each time the older IRDs are powered on after being powered off.
Make sure the IRD is powered by a proper UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)

Recommended satellite antenna size is 5 Meters or larger to give excellent fade margins for rebroadcast.
Minimum size is 3.8 Meter with short cable runs, etc.
