Station Manager / Program Director: A. Donette Douglas.
Donette Douglas, song evangelist and speaker, lives in Quincy, Illinois where she is Station Manager of WTJR-TV16, which is part of the Christian Television Network out of Clearwater, Florida. Donette loves to “tell the story” of Jesus Christ in her life and sing “Praises unto her Lord and Savior” for what He has done in her life. God took her from Ms. Pity Party to the Abundant Life, filled with the Joy of the LORD! She will encourage you to “Be Blessed” in your walk with the LORD as you “press toward the mark for the high calling of God in Jesus Christ”.
Administrative Assistant Joyce Waters
God has blessed me by allowing me to be the Administrative Assistant here at CTN-WTJR. He has taught me to never say never when you serve Him no matter what it is. I’m married to Pastor Tom Waters and we have seven children. All are grown and away from home now. We love Southern Gospel Music and when we can, go to their concerts. Working here would have been the last thing I would have seen myself doing but God knew it years ago. Thank You Lord for your blessings on me.

11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
11:29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart; and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
11:30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light
Dr. Peppers and Don Russell. Don was a guest on the show Outreach Connection to give his testimony
I am currently a Production Assistant at WTJR, Channel 16 TV Station. I was first hired at WTJR in 1998 after a long struggle in finding a job. I truly believe this is where God had called me to be here at WTJR...... In the last 11 years, I have had cancer 7 times that involved either surgery and/or chemotherapy and radiation. The Good Lord has brought me through each and every one of them.
I have been a volunteer at Blessing Hospital, for the last 6 yrs, as a peer advocate for those dealing with cancer, and currently the facilitator for the Man-to-Man cancer support group. I am available to talk, one on one, with anyone dealing with cancer; and invite any man to attend our
Man to Man support group.
GOD REALLY IS GOOD! TRUST IN THE LORD AND HE WILL GIVE YOU STRENGTH!
